Strelitzias are so strikingly distinctive that they are more often known as ‘Birds of Paradise’, a description which brings alive their beguilingly exotic nature and colours. 

This evocative and refined sculpture depicts a single stem strelitzia featuring hand carved petals of precious morganite, which fan out in a tropical celebration of nature. This glorious composition is set in a pure rock crystal base. Details within the petals and the stem, which is formed of yellow gold, have been beautifully enhanced with hand enamelling adding subtle layers of colour, texture and tone to this remarkably elegant collector’s piece.
